I suddenly received a refund for this item, without ever getting an explanation or apology as to why the order was cancelled. I’ve had a couple of similar situations in the past, but in those cases, the seller always sent me a message to apologize and let me know why the item was not being shipped. Just a simple courtesy of communication is what most customers would expect and appreciate in such a situation…
